The canal has (mostly) been filled in. The Cornwall Community Museum has not yet been moved to Lamoureux Park on the waterfront, The Marina and Eco gardens are not developed and the waterfront condos on the North Side of Water Street have not yet been built. However, the two Senior Apartment Buildings on Augustus Street are visible.
