Reverse side of previous election day card, Cornwall, Ontario

Reverse side of previous election day card.

A very personal way to solicit votes during the 1908 election. The line “You Vote” would give the location of the voting poll. The subtle suggestion at the top, that the card could be considered a “souvenir postcard” helped to ensure a few were kept rather than tossed away. The top right corner shows the price of postage in 1908.
