Cornwall’s City Hall, Fire Hall, and Police Station. The large doors were for fire vehicles. The upstairs was known as the Music Hall. It had a stage where many fine entertainments were given by local and visiting artists. The Farmer’s Market was located behind the hall for many years. The Market was open-sided with a tin roof that stretched as far North as Fourth Street.
