This is a winter view of the Hotel with a light snowfall visible. There is a large sandwich board sign outside the porch of the Hotel indicating that, at one time, the Hotel provided entertainment for its guests. The hotel has large awnings on the corner, while the previous card shows individual window awnings. A patio porch has been built to cover the basement windows and offers seating in warmer weather. A bay window and a covered porch entrance have been added along the Pitt Street side of the Hotel. Stores and shops are in the building east of the Hotel with second-storey units above.
