East of the Royal Hotel and the Lefebvre Block is Fred Lefebvre’s third commercial property, Edifice Lefebvre built in 1946. On the corner Neill’s Shoes is celebrating an 83rd Birthday Sale, boasting service to Cornwall from 1863 to 1946. To the right is the Vogue Shop which was a popular Ladies’ Dress Shop operated by Phil Abugov.  Fred Lefebvre (left) stands in front of his building.
