The property of the Algonquin was well planned with paths for going on a walk, a bathing (swimming) house, and lawn chairs to provide relaxing seating, perhaps to snooze. The waterfront had room for boats to dock with a generous lawn to accommodate a band and to serve as a place for children to play.
