An earlier version of the Province’s Tourism Information Centre on the Brookdale traffic circle in Cornwall. This building seems to fit the style of Cornwall better than the big green angular building that replaced it. 

The Provincial Tourism Office has since been closed. The Red Ensign dates this card as pre-1965 when the Maple Leaf flag was adopted.
